Registration can be made on-line or by phone. Payment must be made in order to guarantee your space in a course. If you cancel your registration more than one week before the start date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 15% administration fee. For any cancellations received after this period, you will receive a credit towards another class. If no notice of cancellations is received by the start date, all fees are forfeited.
To register on-line: please submit the registration form below. You will be directed to PayPal to process your payment- you will require either a PayPal account or can use VISA or Mastercard to complete the registration. Payment can also be made by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To register by phone or mail: please submit the registration form below, and call 519-787-7040 to provide your payment information - VISA or Mastercard only. You also have the option of mailing a cheque, however, your attendance is not guaranteed until payment is received.
