This book is a collection of recent photographs, my interpretation of the Grand River from Belwood to Fergus and Elora. Aptly titled “A Living River by the Door”, it shows segments of life along the river, its natural beauty, its heritage, and its sense of timelessness. Many of the photographs are new images, and present a view not always apparent to the casual observer.
Those of us who live in the area often stop seeing what is so cherished by visitors. With this book, I hope to remind us of our love for this place.
